The Compassionate Friend Rose is a lovely compact floribunda with large clusters of pale pink flowers. The plant reaches about 2-2 1/2 feet in height and about 2 feet in width at maturity. The flowers are approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter and come in large clusters of about 7-15 flowers. It has glossy medium green foliage and is quite disease resistant. It is a prolific bloomer and will bloom through the entire summer. The rose was introduced in England by the Harkness family in honor of The Compassionate Friends organization and is being grown in the US by Edmunds' Roses in Wilsonville, Oregon.
